Kevin Lyons – CEO Anchor Funding Inc.
Kevin has been a business owner since his teens. Before receiving his degree in finance from San Diego State , he started his own paper recycling company. A few years later and with a staff of over 150 employees he sold the business to a publicly traded company.

Kevin then entered the mortgage business. After a brief period of working for another company , he launched his own mortgage company. Starting with only himself and one other agent , Kevin's philosophy still holds true today that “Anchor Funding is a mortgage company run by loan officers for loan officers.” As a successful Loan Officer, originating 30 to 40 transactions per month himself, Kevin and his staff have systematically implemented procedures to benefit both himself and other loan officers the company's hires. With a team of highly skilled support staff in place he launched an in-house escrow service to expedite the loan process and be more efficient. Paying attention to shifts in the mortgage industry, Kevin launched Anchor Funding's banking division, allowing agents to be more competitive. Agents and clients benefit from over 200 investor and institutional relationships Kevin has implemented.

Collette Jacobs - Operations Manager
Collette's 25 years experience in the business range from processing and originating loans to underwriting as well as funding transactions. Collette started her career as an agent for Beneficial Finance in the early 70's and soon rose to be one of the only female branch Managers in the country. She then went on to manage branches for First Fidelity Thrift as well as to become underwriting manager for Ford Finance. She brings vast experience in all facets of the industry to Anchor Funding and was hired on as the company's first employee. She overseer's the companies processing and funding departments.

Ronald Bendelstein – Business Development Manager
Ronald has worked in Sales, Marketing and Business Development for over 25 years. Working for AT&T's Bell Laboratories in Project design and development of Communication systems in Holmdel , New Jersey he later transferred to San Diego.

Ronald has worked in the financial arena as well as in Real Estate and Mortgage Finance for many years. As a loan agent himself, Ron helps manage the growth of Anchor funding by introducing and hiring new agents to Anchor Funding Inc.

Melissa Lowrey -Escrow and Funding Manager
Melissa's strong background in escrow and title operations with Commonwealth Title allows her to ensure the quality, efficiency and timeliness of the in house banking and escrow division of Anchor Funding Inc. Melissa' along with her staff ensures every transaction is completed in the shortest time frame possible and that the clients as well as loan officers receive continuous communication regarding the status of their loan.
